- Suburb of Tirana
- Outside Tirana
- Time of the delivery process
- Urgent: 0 – 2 working hours
- Daily: 2 – 8 working hours
- Regular: 8 – 16 working hours

RBURIC 3 – WAY FOR OFFERING MAIL DELIVERY SERVICE
- YAPS ensure the integrity of the deliver process.
- YAPS ensure the confirmation by signature of the preson who receives the envelope (Name, Surmane, Sign, Time of delivery)
- YAPS prepare at the end of each month a fiscal bill accompanied by a analitic bill
- YAPS prepare at the end of each month a analiticl bill where is specified all the mail delivery services, name of the receivers, destinations, fees and sender
- YAPS reports in daily basis for the dalivery service process
